All Ctelo telephony cloud services are monitored by the Ctelo Operations Center using OVOC. We use this solution to generate Quarterly Quality reports for the cloud service. Our clients can on request get admin user access to view performance data for all Ctelo Office Connect locations. Locations connected to the Ctelo Voice cloud directly will be in the general report.

One Voice Operations Center (OVOC) is a voice network management solution that combines management of voice network devices and quality of experience monitoring into a single, intuitive application. OVOC enables administrators to adopt a holistic approach to network lifecycle management by simplifying everyday tasks and assisting in troubleshooting all the way from detection to correction.
OVOC provides Ctelo Operations Center with a single pane of glass through which we can manage and monitor VoIP devices and elements from a single centralized location, saving time and costs. Tasks normally considered to be complex and time-consuming, such as performing root cause analysis, provisioning new devices and initiating bulk software updates, can be carried out simply and rapidly.
